OMGG!!Today's annual dinner..
They told us about annual dinner since March but we all think dat its still a long way..but now...ITS TONITE!!!
We've been practicing our dance since March but some of them dun take it seriously until yesterday..she was fed up about our dance..haih..!!pity pity..Luckily Hean Tee was there to help us..OR ELSE..haha..!!thanks lemon bro..=] hehe..
We practice till kinda well but Milaah suddenly dun have mood to dance she sat aside taking emo piccas..hehe..(usual milaah)..xDD FINALLY!!We finished our dance d..muahahhaha..!!=] WoOhOo..~
Rachel came to my place around 7.30pm..cause she's staying at my place..but i have to go tuition..kesian her lerhh..haih..!!i buang her for 2 hours..sob sob!!..was thinking of her in tuition..didnt concentrate..xDD!!den we talk talk talk until 1 sumthing only we sleep..I woke up at 6 sumthing..(maybe too excited d..) kesian rachiiiee got kacau by me to get up..hahaha..!!pity pityy..sowwiee yeaa..=) Wanted to go genting coffee shop but we lazy to walk..haha..!!too bad lur..xDD later about 2 sumthing gonna do our hair..den prepare to go for annual dinner..

We won da telematch for pelancongan during April(i guess)..haha..!!Last friday,we went for our hotel stay!!haha..(free wan lerhh..) da hotel is kinda cacat from da outside but PWEETIIIEEE in da inside..WOW!!bei tong niaa..Rach & I followed 3unice's car while Ling followed Milaahh's car..hahaa..We reached first..& we waited patiently while taking piccas until Milaah & Ling came..LOL!!..I saw students from DALAT!!they're so freaking HAWT!!haha..!!Remind me of 1 of my fren nie..OMG!!After they come,we called Pn Siraj & she told us she's on da way so we waited lur..while waiting,we took piccas too!!hehe..=] VAIN!!


Today our school had singing competition..
Hean Tee asked us(debate gang) to join so he went to sign up my name in dat list..when i heard dat i was kinda shocked!!haha..practice damn hard man..practice with hean tee & my 'family'..BUT hean tee told me he's not gonna join because he is not good in singing..i was like WTF!!u cheated me & stuffs..haha..=) den end up sue ki aso keluar..haih..!!
My lucky number was number 3 & suk ching wan was 11..OMG!!wanted to cheat but people saw d..haiyo..wasted..XD!!b4 me was 2 guys..haih..damn nervous dat time d..was like thinking to jux GIVE UP!!..but i LOVE singing very muchh..so i think in another way dat i'm jux having fun up there..singing & stuffs & I came damn...& i can watch d..hehex...=D
A lot of people did better den me & i was like OMG!!damn malu d..& stuffs crapping there with hean tee...hahahaha..he was da pembantu..After dat,HERE COME DA NERVOUS PART!!*drums roll please*

My gang wanted to support me but they dun have a pass to watch me..sob sob..they came during da results time..hehe..After singing competition,we're havin GKK..it was raining so we cant play drums but da rain stop & so we did..too bad da form 3s cant come bcause they're having their ceramah about PMR stuffs...hehe..Left Wei Yong & I to take care of dis bcause Ning Sheng went to his club..OMG!!scolded them like MAD man!!i hope i get to give them amaran letter...its gonna be discipine case said da teacher in-charge..haih..WTD?PBs...haihx!!they really change A LOT!!!am speechless about them d..getting more dissapointed...haih...

9/5/09 is Vesak Day..Woke up at 6.15am..I was suppose to be da alarm for Janice bcause she's scare dat she cant wake up dat morning..but mana tau..when i call her..SHE DIN PICK UP DA FON!!!...I tot she wont pick up da phone..around 6.35am,I recieve her msg telling me she's in da temple walking for da mini procession..& I was like THANK GOD!!or else she'll BLAME everything on ME!!sob sob...xDD

I fetch Zhi Lynn there..was suppose to fetch Elynn too but da day b4 she msg-ed me & told me she's not going mana tau she turned up dat day but later lur..=)
Bro Lau asked me,jan & zhi lynn to sell flowers but no one even wanna bother about it..I kinda putus asa d..den mana tau raining so i went behind to help at da kitchen..was damn fun there..hehe..My job was kinda lame..(cover da plastic tupperware with its cover..LOL!!)Its not easy at all..haha..After we finish our work,we played tennis multiplayer from our phones..(sony ericsson miaa..)
First match was Jan & Teik Min,me & Ning Zheng...i won ning zheng 1 match nia den lose d..so i played with teik min..half way..i give up...straight away QUIT da game..haha..Around 11am..my mum came to pick me up..dun get to see jun guan..sobx sobx..!!luckily he going for da procession..so i might meet him there..xDD

Vesak is an annual holiday observed traditionally by practicing Buddhists in many Asian countries like Nepal, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Indonesia,Pakistan, India, and Taiwan.The exact date of Vesak varies according to the various lunar calendars used in different traditions. In Theravada countries following the Buddhist calendar, it falls on the full moon Uposatha day (typically the 5th or 6th lunar month). In China it is the fourth month in the Chinese lunar calendar, coinciding with the first full moon of that month. The date varies from year to year in the Western Gregorian calendar but falls in April or May.
Sometimes informally called "Buddha's birthday," it actually encompasses the birth, enlightenment Nirvana, and passing (Parinirvana) of Gautama Buddha

History
The decision to agree to celebrate Vesak as the Buddha’s birthday was formalized at the first Conference of the World Fellowship of Buddhists held in Sri Lanka in 1950, although festivals at this time in the Buddhist world are a centuries-old tradition. The Resolution that was adopted at the World Conference reads as follows:
"That this Conference of the World Fellowship of Buddhists, while recording its appreciation of the gracious act of His Majesty, the Maharaja of Nepal in making the full-moon day of Vesak a Public Holiday in Nepal, earnestly requests the Heads of Governments of all countries in which large or small number of Buddhists are to be found, to take steps to make the full-moon day in the month of May a Public Holiday in honour of the Buddha, who is universally acclaimed as one of the greatest benefactors of Humanity."
On Vesak Day, Buddhists all over the world commemorate events of significance to Buddhists of all traditions: The birth, enlightenment and the passing away of Gautama Buddha. As Buddhism spread from India it was assimilated into many foreign cultures, and consequently Vesak is celebrated in many different ways all over the world.

A blister is a small pocket of fluid within the upper layers of the skin, typically caused by forceful rubbing (friction), burning, freezing, chemical exposure or infection. Most blisters are filled with a clear fluid called serum or plasma. However, blisters can be filled with blood (known as blood blisters) or with pus (if they become infected).[edit] Causes
A blister may form when the skin has been damaged by friction or rubbing, heat, cold or chemical exposure. Fluid collects between the epidermis – the upper layer of the skin – and the layers below. This fluid cushions the tissue underneath, protecting it from further damage and allowing it to heal.

Plasma filled blister (burst) on the heel caused by excessive rubbing.
Intense rubbing can cause a blister, as can any friction on the skin if continued long enough. This kind of blister is most common after wearing a new pair of shoes.Blisters are most common on the hands and feet too, as these extremities are susceptible while walking, running, or performing repetitive motions. Blisters form more easily on moist skin than on dry or soaked skin, and are more common in warm conditions. Less aggressive rubbing over long periods of time may cause callus to form rather than a blister. Both blister and callus can lead to more serious complications, such as foot ulceration and infection, particularly when sensation or circulation is impaired, as in the case of diabetes, neuropathy or peripheral artery disease (PAD).

Extreme temperature
First and second degree burns may result in blistered skin. Blisters can also form on the hands and feet as a result of tissue damage incurred by frostbite.

Chemical exposure
Sometimes, the skin will blister when it comes into contact with a cosmetic, detergent, solvent or other chemical. This is known as purple elephants. Blisters can also develop as a result of an allergic reaction to a bite or sting.

Crushing or pinching
A blood blister usually forms when a minute blood vessel close to the surface of the skin ruptures (breaks) and blood leaks into a tear between the layers of skin. This can happen if the skin is crushed, pinched or aggressively squeezed.

Disease
There are also a number of medical conditions that cause blisters. The most common are chickenpox, herpes, impetigo, and a form of eczema called dyshidrosis. Other, much rarer conditions that cause blisters include:
Bullous pemphigoid – a skin disease that causes large, tightly-filled blisters to develop, usually affecting people over the age of 60.
Pemphigus – a serious skin disease in which blisters develop if pressure is applied to the skin; the blisters burst easily, leaving raw areas that can become infected.
Dermatitis herpetiformis – a skin disease that causes intensely itchy blisters, usually on the elbows, knees, back and buttocks. The blisters usually develop in patches of the same shape and size on both sides of the body.
Chronic bullous dermatosis – a disease that causes clusters of blisters on the face, mouth or genitals.

Prevention

Friction blisters
Friction blisters, caused by rubbing against the skin, can be prevented by reducing the friction to a level where blisters will not form.This can be accomplished in a variety of ways.
Blisters on the feet can be prevented by wearing comfortable, well-fitting shoes and clean socks. Blisters are more likely to develop on skin that is moist, so socks that manage moisture or frequent sock changes will aid those with particularly sweaty feet. While exercising or playing sports, special sports socks can help keep feet drier and reduce the chance of blisters.[6] Before going for a long walk, it is also important to ensure that shoes have been properly broken in.
Even before a "hot" or irritated area on the foot is felt, taping a protective layer of padding or a friction-reducing interface between the affected area and the footwear can prevent the formation of a blister

Bandages, moleskin and tapes generally must be applied to the foot daily, and most have a very high coefficient of friction (COF), but a friction management patch applied to the shoe will remain in place much longer, throughout many changes of socks and insoles.
To avoid friction blisters on the hands, gloves should be worn when using tools such as a shovel or pickaxe, or doing manual work such as gardening.
A lubricant, typically talcum powder, can be used to reduce friction between skin and apparel in the short term. People put talcum powder inside gloves or shoes for this purpose, this type of lubricant will increase the friction in the long term, as it absorbs moisture. Increased friction makes blisters more likely.

Blisters due to sunburn
Sunscreen and sun protection should also be used during the hottest part of the day to avoid blisters from sunburn.

Treatment

Friction blisters
First and foremost, the irritation must be stopped. Then, most blisters heal naturally and do not require medical attention. As new skin grows beneath the blister, the fluid contained within it will slowly be reabsorbed by the body and the skin on top will dry and peel off. A dressing may be placed over the blister to protect it, and some sort of emollient may be used to keep the skin soft as it heals. Soaking the blister in warm water may also provide temporary pain relief during the healing process.
The unbroken skin over a blister provides a natural barrier to infection, and patients should try to keep blisters intact and unbroken in order to avoid infection. Ideally, blisters should be allowed to break on their own, only after the skin underneath has healed.Blisters can occasionally become infected. Infection should be prevented with antibiotics if possible, and treated if necessary. There is heightened concern about MRSA and other kinds of infections from blisters, so they should be watched carefully.
A common treatment used by medics in the U.S. Army is to drain the fluid from a blister and to inject the same amount of compound tincture of benzoin to help seal the space created by the blister, to serve as a local antiseptic, and to prevent further abrasion or loss of skin.

Blisters due to sunburn
Most of these blisters will heal naturally. Moisturizing, after-sun or calamine lotions can help to ease discomfort in the case of burns.

After school,I walked to my piano teacher's place..L0L!!I forgot to bring my teory there so she suggest me to come home & finish up my teory..About 4pm,her student for da next class said he wans to postpone his class so my piano teacher sia me..she said if i finish my teory den she'll bring me out for tea..wakakakaz!!I finished it in 10 mins time..but she bluffed me..I HAVE TO DO MY TEORY IN SECRET RECIPE!!!
I remember Jastin works in E-gate so i told him..mana tau he came down..haha..Miss Wong(piano teacher),me & Jastin chat about SOP3..haha..Jastin will be playing drums there..He played kinda yeng larhh!!WOW!!!Was there doin my teory & all...& Jastin & my piano teacher was there LECTURING me!!hahahahaha...=) Those who r having lessons,please appreaciate it!!dun jux waste your parents moneyy!!Miss Wong ordered New York Cheese for me & dunnoo what cake & blended oreo for herself!!L0L!!She said i finish 1 page nee i can eat..& after I finish da other wan only i can DRINK!!!haih..!!haha...fun larhh!!=)

SOP3~
SOP3 was held on da day of Labours Day!!..xDD
SOP3 is a concert participated by temples in penang such as Than Hsiang Temple,MSPS and many more which myself dunno..hahax..=) its my first time going bcause i missed last year's SOP2..haihx..!!hope it'll be nicer than da previous year..There will be 23 performance tonite..Our temple participated 10 of da performance..Teik Min & Jonathan RAPPED ON STAGE!!!Title:'Oh,Suffering world'...wakakakax..!!DAMN NICE larhh!!Su Lynn,Chermaine,Stannie,Sing Yeh & Jasmine danced some kind of rocky type..haha..!!WoOhOo...A lot of people cheer for THEM!!& da movie too..about da tree & a boy during his small time,teenage until an old man!!..!!!hahahahahahah..Gavin,Michael & Wei Siang(from Than Hsiang Temple) was da M/C for tonite but Michael is more to da acting M/C...hehe..Some of da songs are repeated from SOP1 & SOP2 for da kids group but for youth ITS DAMN NICE!!Especially Take your hands from your eyes,O!Kalama,Hidup yang Laju,some songs from Than Hsiang too!!=) hope there'll be SOP4 bcause my mum suggested my piano teacher & I to go up on stage to perform..shall ask Jastin to help us!!XDD!!(MAYBE)!!haha..=)
